    How did you make it?

    I do ballroom dancing and think this might look good on the dance floor!

    Do you have any other full skirts that might catch my eye?

  2. I REALLY want to know how you went about the enormous cowl. I have been wanting to add a hooded cowl to a sweater for weeks and I can’t quite get it. This is absolutely perfect.

    1. It’s really just a giant tube- like a super huge turtle neck. Measure from the base of your neck to your forehead to make sure it’s long enough. Width-wise I think it’s about 30″ around.
